  • Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or mismatched products.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Socks and cosmetics.
  • Fragrances and personal care products.
  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable".

4. Refund & Return Process

Returned items undergo quality inspection after receipt. If approved, we may offer a replacement or initiate a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Product Condition Disclaimer

Some products currently available on our platform may belong to stock-lot inventory or excess stock. These products may have manufacturing years such as 2025, 2024, 2023, or earlier.

Certain products may be sold without manufacturer warranty. Packaging boxes may show signs of storage wear, sticker marks, repacking, or minor damage.

Product color, print, design, logo placement, and packaging may vary slightly from images displayed online. Customers are encouraged to review all product details, policies, and terms before making a purchase.
